    Founded in 2010, Bahar Enclosure operates a state-of-the-art facility in Shenzhen. Our capabilities include mold making, plastic injection, metal bending, CNC laser cutting, and specialized printing. We handle everything from prototyping to large-scale production, all while maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the process.

  • What kind of customization services do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of customization options to meet your project needs, including:
    • Custom mold making and material selection
    • Machining and laser/CNC cutouts
    • UV & laser printing for logos, graphics, and text
    • Color modifications to match your brand or project theme

  • What is your return policy?

    • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or incorrect, and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
    • Customized items (e.g., cutouts, laser engraving) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility—unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection, and will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Exchanges are not offered at this time.

  • How can I track my order after it is shipped?

  • Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

    For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may be imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by our store. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    • Standard orders are dispatched within 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch.
    • Customized orders, such as those involving cutouts or engraving, may require 3–4 weeks to process.
    • Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or high-cost delivery areas, and customers will be notified beforehand.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order once it’s placed?

    Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we are unable to cancel or modify it at this time. We are working to introduce an order cancellation or editing feature in the future.
