To ensure high-quality standards and reduce unnecessary returns, we accept returns only for items that are defective or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at Info@bahar-enclosure.com with your order details and a description of the issue
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of damage or use.
- Orders with customization (such as cutouts, printing, laser engraving, or custom production) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- If you received a defective item, please contact us, and we will assist with the return process and provide a replacement if available.
